Warranty Policy
Part 1: Objects & Timeliness
Objects:
- All original new, pulled, refurbished, and OEM (Made in China) Products, except for chips (including CPU, GPU, SOUTH/NORTH BRIDGE, etc.)
Timeliness:
- Within 90 days from the date of receipt.
Part 2: Refund & Exchange
Refund
- Option 1: Full refund. Upon receiving the returned products, we will issue a full refund. You will need to make your own arrangements to send the item back to us at your cost.
- Option 2: Partial Compensation (Recommended). If you prefer not to return the items and want a quicker resolution, you can opt for partial compensation. Please see Part 3 for details.
Exchange
- Option 1: With next order. Upon receiving the returned products, we will include the replacement item with your next order at no extra cost.
- Option 2: With 3 days. Upon receiving the returned products, we will send the replacement item usually via China Post within 3 working days at no extra cost. The delivery time is approximately 30 days.
Part 3: Compensation & Exclusions
Compensation
- OEM Product: 20% of the selling price.
- Original Refurbished: 25% of the selling price.
- Original Pulled: 25% of the selling price.
- Original New: 30% of the selling price.
Exclusions
- Products not belonging to EvoSyncs.
- Products out of the warranty period.
- Damage due to incorrect installation or unauthorized disassembly.
- Loss of instruction brochures, packages, accessories, or gifts.
- Opened sealing products or broken adhesive tapes/seals (except for quality issues).
Part 4: After-sales Process
Describe the Issue
- Provide a detailed description of the problem you encountered.
- Non-Human Factors: Quality problems or damage in transit etc. (covered).
- Human Factors: Improper operation, misuse, abuse, or neglect etc. (excluded).
Proof of the Problem
- Provide pictures or videos demonstrating the defect so we can assist you more effectively.
