How it work?

The process is only for business customers and manual quotations!

1. Login or create an account

If you are a new customer, we need you to have an account with us. Register and verify as a B2B merchant, you will be able to see the complete price range of the product;

2. Place an order and wait for a quote

Select the product you need in the shopping cart, and complete the order process to generate an order. Our salesperson will contact you soon and quote your order, and choose the best shipping plan and quote for you;

Generally, we don’t necessarily use the default price on the shopping cart as the quote. Please remember to submit the order and you will receive the real merchant price within 24 hours.

3. Submit payment information

After confirming the quote is correct, you will see the payment button in the order position. After checking the collection account information, please pay directly to the designated account and submit the payment information. Our financial staff will manually check it;

4. Confirm your payment

Generally, banks and Western Union need 2~3 working days to confirm payment information, while online payment through Alibaba Store is immediate;

When paying in the Alibaba Store, please note your website order number.

5. Delivery

After confirming payment, we will generally arrange delivery within 1~3 working days, and you will receive a shipping notice at that time;

If your order is large, our salesperson will confirm the delivery date with you in advance.
