Try holding the disc just inside so that it pulls on it until it pulls harder, only fold for 3-4 seconds then release,later it will work.

clear the persistant stora`ge (make sure to do this 3 times )
1. go to settings
2.select disc and blu ray
3.select persirtent storage
4. select clear persistent storage
then clear the alternate MAC addresse
1.go to settings
2. select network
3.select advanced settings
4.select alternative MAC adderess
5.select clear
6. restart
